I had such a good time working on this book of recipes for writing fundraising appeals by Steven Screen, Chris Davenport, and Joshua Alcorn. It’s short, simple and to the point. Practically guaranteed to improve your letters. If you don’t already have a copy, you can get it here.
New website for the Madison Land Trust
We were thrilled to launch a new website for the Madison Land Conservation Trust this fall. It was a labor of love working with a group of volunteers who pitched in with ideas, writing, photos, art work, maps and huge amounts of caring for the cause. I couldn’t be more delighted with the results.
And as a longtime board member and volunteer myself, I am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful all-local organization. Site design by Andrea Hopkins Design, paintings by Michael DiGiorgio, maps by New England Geosystems.
A Multilingual case for support
I’m thrilled to see this newest case for support for Soroptimist International of the Americas translated into 5 languages. That’s English, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. The piece was written by my colleague the always amazing Leah Eustace at Blue Canoe Philanthropy.
Cover ideas
I’ve been working with Tom Ahern on a cover for his new book. Here are my ideas.
A Great Honor
I was truly honored to be asked to design the cover for the thirtieth anniversary edition of Jerry Panas’s favorite book: Born to Raise.
Many thanks to Jerry Cianciolo and Kathleen Brennan at Emerson & Church publishers for including me in this project.
